Description

Hartley People Recruitment are seeking an Accounts Assistant on behalf of our client, Kargo, a leading global ad-tech company. This is a maternity leave cover role for a 6-month period. The successful candidate will join a small, collaborative finance team based in Ireland (part of a larger international finance team of 10 people across Ireland and the US.).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualified or part-qualified Accounts Technician
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar finance role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Professional, reliable, and conscientious team player
Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, record, and process supplier invoices; reconcile balances and arrange payments.
  • Perform daily bank transaction recording and reconciliations.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
  • Monitor customer accounts, reconcile balances, record receipts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Review employee expense reports for compliance and accuracy; verify documentation and process for approval.
  • Prepare financial spreadsheets and reports as needed.
  • Provide ad hoc financial and administrative support across two group entities (Ireland and the US.).
