Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accounting & Financial Duties:
  • Process and manage invoices, purchase orders, and credit memos.
  • Track and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Record and issue official receipts for payments received.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries.
  • Must have Bachelor degree in Commerce & have at least 1 year of experience in UAE.
  • Process expense claims and payroll information.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Monitor and control petty cash transactions.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Manage daily office correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Maintain filing systems for both paper and electronic documents.
  • Handle general office duties, such as ordering office supplies and managing office equipment.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Provide customer service to clients, vendors, and visitors.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont
