QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Prophet is a plus.
  • Experience in an accounts role or a strong desire to work in accounts.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

We’re seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage the sales ledger for our Growers. You’ll ensure accurate and reliable accounts, support the Finance Manager, and collaborate closely with the finance team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage sales ledger accounts, including pricing, invoicing, providing backup, statements, and credit control.
  • Assist with manual invoicing as needed.
  • Support and cover the accounts team in sales ledger pricing.
  • Communicate any concerns to the Finance Manager.
