What you’ll be doing::
As our Accounts Assistant you’ll ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day activities in the Finance department. Taking responsibility for purchase and sales ledgers as well as assisting with month-end processes.

Additional responsiblities include:

• Managing the finance mailbox and address inquiries promptly
• Managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Preparing supplier payment runs and customer direct debit collections
• Bank and credit card statement reconciliations along with intercompany reconcilisations
• Credit control collections and the chasing of unallocated payments
• Assisting with month end close including journal postings, balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting the finance team with any ad hoc duties as required

We want to hear from you if you::

• Have experience in an accounts assistant or similar role
• Have excellent organisational and time management skills
• Experience in managing finance queries in an efficient manner
• Are competent with Microsoft Excel
