Autoboland Ltd, a leading multi-franchise motor dealership in Waterford, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our growing finance team. This role offers the unique opportunity to progress within the company and potentially pursue professional accountancy exams (ACCA, CPA, or similar)

• Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable
• Help with monthly management accounts preparation and financial reporting
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support the finance team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers when necessary
