Full-time hybrid working, with 3-4 days based at either our Bury St Edmunds or Sudbury office, occasionally at another of our offices, and 1-2 days remote
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant/Legal Cashier to join our Accounts Team.
Atkins Dellow have a reputation for doing a great job while being friendly and personable, not stuffy or pompous, but absolutely focused on looking after our clients’ best interests. We are seeking a like-minded individual to join our Accounts team in this full-time role.
Ideally you will be a team player with the ability to work under pressure showing commitment to your colleagues and the Firm in general.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • At least a year’s experience in Legal Accounts
Responsibilities

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Full remit of Client and Office Account cashiering duties, timely and accurate processing of all data
  • Bank reconciliations
  • BACS and CHAPS payments
  • Reviewing completion and distribution statements
  • Report to the Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Strong administration skills, well organised and able to multi-task
  • Team player with the ability to organise own workload and adapt/prioritise as necessary
  • The ability to work under pressure showing commitment to your colleagues and the Firm in general
  • PC proficient especially in Microsoft Office
  • Driving licence is preferable as the head office is not on a public transport route
