Description

Since 2014, Manchester Life has been at the forefront of transforming Ancoats into one of Manchester’s most vibrant and sought-after neighbourhoods.
We are a unique blend of investor, developer, and landlord, driven by a mission to create thriving communities.
Our commitment to setting new standards is unwavering, from regenerating Ancoats to restoring historic mills and providing high-quality homes to rent and spaces for local businesses.
So far, we have delivered 1,500 homes and helped bring some of Manchester’s most beloved independent businesses to the area. Now, we are embarking on Phase Three in the Poland Street area, continuing the regeneration of Ancoats and delivering five hundred more homes for Manchester’s people.
As a landlord, we manage over 1,000 rental homes across five (soon to be six) buildings in Ancoats and New Islington. Our mission is to offer exceptional homes, outstanding amenities, and a true sense of community.
Manchester Life residents come from all walks of life. Our homes are rented by a diverse mix of professionals, including teachers, midwives, and doctors; solicitors, graphic designers, and writers; hospitality workers, musicians, and artists; and professional sportspeople and business owners.
