We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to execute the financial accounting process through finalizing the month-end financial statements, verification of petty cash payments, maintenance of fixed assets registers and managing the auditing process in order to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee daily accounting operations while coordinating with business teams, plants, and third-party vendors/customers to ensure smooth financial processes. * Manage assigned KPIs by implementing structured monitoring mechanisms and conducting regular reviews to support departmental requirements. * Handle data management activities including preparation of monthly management review packs, carrying out financial analysis, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to aid decision-making. * Conduct regular plant visits to review operational and financial concerns, providing management with data-driven insights and long-term sustainable recommendations. * Ensure adherence to company procedures across all accounting operations, while preparing reports on operational costs to facilitate effective financial decision-making.   KEY REQUIREMENTS * Undergraduate in Accounts or Finance or full/part qualification in CIMA or Chartered Accountancy. * Sound Knowledge in LKAS & SLFRS and SAP. * Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
