Responsibilities

JOB ROLE:

They require an experienced and highly self-motivated Accounts Assistant who can work independently and as part of the team at the head-office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives on using their initiative to ensure that the work is always completed to the required timescales and meet the standards.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintenance of sales ledger
  • Raising sales invoices and processing income
  • Maintaining data on external systems for local authorities
  • Credit control
  • Auditing records
  • Maintenance of purchase ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Assisting in other ad hoc duties to assist the smooth running of the department
