ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently studying AAT or recently AAT qualified who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a well-rounded, supportive environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals and have the opportunity to grow your career within a forward-thinking practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing year-end accounts for limited companies and sole traders
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• Bookkeeping for a variety of clients using cloud-based software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
• Assisting with occasional audit work
• Preparing company tax returns (CT600s)
• Liaising directly with clients to gather records, provide updates, and ensure exceptional service
• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc accountancy and administrative tasks
