Move Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join a leading construction company.
Location: Toomebridge area
Position: Circa £28-34,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in an accounts administration role preferred.
  • Experience in Sage 50
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Having experience of Sage is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in the finance department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our financial processes. You will assist tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, payroll assistance, and general administrative duties to support the finance team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Process invoices and expense claims in a timely manner.
  • Assist with payroll administration and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
