Established FMCG firm is looking for an all-around account Assistant with good experience in all aspects of accounting and book keeping.

• Accounting Knowledge, QuickBooks, Tally, ERP, SAP
• Proficient in computer
• Proficient in Accounting software
• Strong personality
• Well Experienced

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Should be able to handle the entire accounting activities independently up to finalization of accounts.
• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures.
• Ensure to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule.
• Presentation of monthly & quarterly financial statements.
• Petty Cash handling
• Prepare Bank Reconciliations Statement, Review Account payable and Account receivable periodically and report for any discrepancies.
• Payroll Processing & passing necessary closing journal entries
• Should have experience on stock taking & inventory valuation.
• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, entries, invoices, and other accounting documents like debit notes and credit notes.
• Ensure all payments to suppliers, staff, and other external parties are made according to company policies and procedures.
• Experience on Fixed Assets Accounting. * Analyse revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control.
• VAT Accounting: Experience on Filing VAT Returns.
