The Role: We are seeking to hire a part-time Accounts Assistant to work Thursday and Friday (15 hours). You will be assisting the Finance Manager with day to day accounts transactions. Your responsibilities will include a variety of legal accounts tasks such as:
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining working from home and from the RDP office occasionally when required.
You: You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, a friendly, professional approach to client care, excellent organisational and IT skills and attention to detail. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
Previous accounts experience is essential preferably with a legal setting.
