Role: Accounts Assistant
Client: Leading International Real Estate Firm
Essentials: 2+ years’ experience in accounts administration, strong knowledge of AP/AR processes, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience using property/accounting systems (Yardi preferred)
Location: Dublin 1

Reporting to: Accounts team in Head Office.
Our client, a leading residential property agency, is seeking an experienced Accounts Administration Specialist to support the Residential Lettings division from one of their managed developments. This role involves close collaboration with internal property managers, contractors, suppliers, and the wider finance team to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant accounts support.
Your responsibilities will include raising and reconciling tenant charges, managing receivables, handling supplier queries, processing invoices, managing arrears, and conducting statement reconciliations. You’ll also work across systems such as Yardi Voyager and internal portals to maintain property data and ensure a seamless administrative process.
This is an ideal role for a highly organised, detail-focused professional with a strong understanding of finance workflows and tenant account management, ideally within a property setting.
