ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT - RECONCILIATION

Bigjigs Toys is a fun, fast paced wooden toy wholesaler supplying a fantastic range of traditional toys into independent toy & gift shops and direct to consumers. Started in 1985 by Peter & Liz Ireland the company has grown from a garden shed outfit into a multinational operation supplying goods to shops in over 40 countries around the world.
Following a member of staff relocating. We are looking for a part time Accounts Assistant who loves excel, data and reconciliations, and is not afraid to raise an issue when they find them. In return you will gain valuable guidance and experience from our in house finance team and an opportunity to help further develop and streamline processes.
Reporting to the Financial Controller

Bank reconciliations in Sage 200.
Reconconciliations of marketplace transactions with Sage 200, across multiple platforms, in multiple currencies.
Identify and raise anomalies, with colleagues for investigation and resolution with support and progressing to independent resolution.
Assist with some investigation work on customer returns.
