QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an accounts assistant role or similar position is preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial services operations.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable transactions efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or PeopleSoft.
  • Perform data entry tasks to ensure all financial information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with team members to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support month-end closing activities by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
  • Utilise Workday and other financial services tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
