Due to our unique business model, most payments are made upfront, meaning this is not a traditional credit control role. Instead, the focus is on managing multiple revenue streams and payment channels to ensure seamless financial processing.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Controller to oversee and reconcile our various payment gateways, ensuring all sales are correctly imported into Sage 200 and invoiced at dispatch. This role will also involve managing refunds and processing credits for customer returns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Revenue Reconciliation – Ensure all sales from Magento-based websites and physical stores are imported correctly into Sage 200.
Invoice Processing – Raising invoices at the point of dispatch.
Payment Allocation – Regularly allocate payments from multiple payment gateways within Sage 200.
Refunds & Credits – Process customer refunds and credit notes efficiently.
System Integrations – Work with our integrated finance and e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth data flow.
Subsidiary Oversight – Manage the same processes for our smaller subsidiary business.
