Location: Liskeard, Cornwall (Office Based)
Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 (based on a 40-hour week – negotiable for the right candidate)
South West Hygiene, the largest independent washroom service company in the South West, has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and communicative individual to join our growing team. Based at our Head Office in Liskeard, this is a full-time position supporting our Accounts Team with purchase ledger, credit control, and key customer account management.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Accounts Team with credit control and purchase ledger tasks
  • Managing key customer accounts with professionalism and care
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls with a high level of customer service
  • Engaging in occasional difficult conversations around debt management
  • Ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines
  • Other administration duties as required by the business.
