We are looking for a Accounts Assistant to join our team. You will need to be customer focused and have excellent skills in written and verbal communication. You must have knowledge and experience of using Sage, Quick Books, Xero, Free Agent and Dext.
The successful candidate for this role would be someone with previous practice experience, producing client book keeping records and VAT returns and dealing with clients in a professional manner.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Book keeping and VAT preparation
  • Preparing Accounts up to ETB
  • Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor client accounts for accuracy and compliance with regulations.

You must be qualified to AAT Level 3 ideally or nearly completing AAT Level 2.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
