QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Sage 50 is compulsory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.

  • Demonstrated experience in invoice preparation, processing, and tracking.
  • Prior experience in data entry or accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Prepare, process, and track invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Maintain effective invoice tracking systems to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements, investigate discrepancies, and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and vendors to resolve billing inquiries or issues.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
