Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 – 37.5 per week

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Monitoring and responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Posting transactions to the finance system for purchases
  • Performing supplier statement reconciliations and chasing any invoices not received
  • Investigating differences between Purchase Orders and Purchase Invoices
  • Produce and distribute Construction Industry Scheme certificates for our subcontractors
  • Ensuring time sheets are received and processed
  • Reconciling petty cash and posting petty cash transactions onto SAGE
  • Taking card payments from customers
  • Posting and reconciling spend on credit cards
  • Other duties that may be required to ensure efficient and effective operation of the business as agreed with your line manage
