JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounting tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and records.
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in accounting systems.
  • Assist in VAT filing and compliance with UAE financial regulations.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to accounting.
