Description

TG Commercials are looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator to be located at our Thurcroft office on a part-time or full time maternity cover.

Duties would include but not limited to

  • Keeping the purchase ledger up to date.
  • Producing a weekly payment list.
  • Credit control.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Assisting on the hire desk.
  • End to end Sage Payroll (full experience essential).
  • VAT Returns (full submission experience essential).
  • Finance Agreement journal entry.

The ideal candidate

  • Part qualified AAT or equivalent and have good experience in a similar role.
  • Must have experience in Bank Reconciliations, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Credit control, VAT Returns and submission to HMRC.
  • Must have experience using Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll software

The role is offered for either full time (5 days a week) or part time (3 days a week). Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications, subject to discussion at interview.
