We are looking for a Accounts Assistant to join our team in Bristol.
Role
Reporting to our Management Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring that transactions are processed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
· Assisting with creation of receivable invoices
Liaise with customers to ensure monies are received on time
· Liaise with medical branches to carry out stock checks
· Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
· Ensure timely payment of invoices and proper management of credit balances.
· Perform any other duties related to accounting and finance as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is desirable.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
· Proficiency in accounting software is preferable and Microsoft Excel.

· Be a team player with a strong work ethic and have a positive attitude
· Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and confidence, and to be part of a team.
Salary & Benefits
Up to £28,000 plus benefits including:
· Pension scheme
· 22 days holiday + bank holiday
· This role will be based full-time in the office.
