Description

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of 3 years Accounts experience – qualifications are NOT essential for this role
  • Strong attention to detail is an absolute must!
  • Good experience of completing time-consuming tasks
  • Strong and confident experience in Excel and Word
  • PowerPoint experience would be an advantage but by no means essential
  • Access Dimensions experience would be great, again, NOT essential
Responsibilities

THE ROLE (80% OF YOUR TIME WILL BE SPENT AS FOLLOWS):

  • Bank reconciliation – processing payments in and out of the bank accounts, including foreign banks USD and EUR, and reconciling the accounts
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Credit Card Statement processing – gathering receipts, coding, putting on the system
  • Sales invoicing/credit control
  • Timely – processing employee time, coding, and entering onto the Accounts system
  • Creating weekly and monthly summary reports on employee time for management
  • Helping inputting invoices when required

AD-HOC DUTIES (UP TO 20% OF THIS ROLE):

  • Booking travel for employees (flights, hotels, car hire etc.)
  • Helping with office management duties
