We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at The Vaults Group. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive and growing business, helping to manage day-to-day financial tasks and ensure smooth operations within our finance department.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
  • Experience with SAGE accounts software is desirable, but not mandatory
Responsibilities
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and processing payments
  • Process daily payments to suppliers and customers through the bank
  • Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
  • Reconcile bank statements and support month-end reporting
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding payments and queries
  • Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed
