We are urgently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to become a key part of our expanding team in Dubai. KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Maintains accurate and current expense records to support efficient Accounts Payable operations.
  • Oversees invoicing, receivables tracking, and payment reconciliation to ensure efficient Accounts Receivable management.
  • Maintains VAT compliance by accurately calculating and timely filing in line with UAE regulations.
  • Delivers high-quality results consistently, even under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively through both written and verbal means.
  • Prioritizes tasks efficiently while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Perform well in high-pressure environments and consistently meet tight deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar accounting role.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date expense records to support smooth Accounts Payable operations.
  • Manage invoicing, track receivables, and reconcile payments to ensure efficient Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Ensure VAT compliance by performing accurate calculations and timely filings in accordance with UAE regulations.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between company financials and bank statements.
  • Record financial transactions accurately in compliance with internal procedures.
  • Maintain well-organized digital and physical financial records for accessibility and compliance.
  • Validate spreadsheet data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support audit processes by preparing and supplying necessary financial documents.
  • Compile and finalize monthly and quarterly financial reports, addressing and resolving discrepancies.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, producing regular performance reports.
