What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with UK standards like ISA, UK GAAP, and FRS102.
  • Prepare statutory and management accounts across diverse structures: limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff, reviewing their work and supporting their development.
  • Act as a primary client contact—communicating clearly, presenting findings, and offering insights for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of technical and regulatory changes to elevate service delivery.

Who You Are

  • Fully or part-qualified (ACA/ACCA), ideally with a few years’ experience in UK practice audit & accounts.
  • Strong auditor with solid technical knowledge ranging from audit standards to financial reporting frameworks.
  • Able communicator who builds rapport and adds value at every client touchpoint.
  • Organised and proactive—capable of managing multiple assignments with quality and deadlines in mind.
