MAKE AN IMPACT Locations - Pune / Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Chennai / Gurgaon Experience: 8+ Years Notice period –Immediate Job Description – BA (Accounts): Strong Business Analysis experience with proven expertise in Retail Banking and Digital Transformation initiatives. Experience in customer onboarding and digital account servicing journeys, including process mapping and end-to-end delivery support. Ability to work closely with Product Owners, Technology, and Operations teams to capture, refine, and document business requirements. Hands-on experience in Agile delivery, including creating epics, user stories, and backlog management using tools such as Jira and Confluence. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage global teams. Prior experience working with large global banks will be advantageous.
