OutThere RPO are supporting our Client, to recruit a full-time Support Administrator in their Portsmouth office.
Regulated by the RICS, our client offers a broad range of surveying services (chartered, building, asbestos), energy efficiency assessments, fire risk assessments and are also approved training providers for all things Occupational Hygiene. This ranges from COSSH training, Legionella testing, LEV testing, RPE Face Fit Testing, Manual Handing, DSE… any many more!

What will I be doing?

  • Managing incoming communications via telephone/email to provide quality customer service.
  • Resolving queries in a timely manner, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Updating and managing the CRM system and analysing data in order to produce detailed reports.
  • Scheduling meeting and appointments, whilst ensuring calendars are coordinated.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal person for this role will have have the following skills/experience:

  • Excellent communication skills to be able to successfully interact with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn industry specific software and have strong problem solving skills, enabling them to multitask under pressure whilst prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Strong IT Literacy.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work with formulas, data analysis, and spreadsheets.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service or Administrative role (desirable)
