Description

Our client based in Bolton are currently recruiting for a Accounts Clerk to join their busy team. This is a brand new role due to extra workload.

Duties include:

  • Processing and scanning supplier invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with and resolving supplier queries
  • Assisting with the preparation of payment runs
  • Processing credit notes where necessary
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Adhoc admin support within the finance team

You will be friendly, a great team player and have a real interest in accounting/purchase ledger.
