OVERVIEW

SAAS Global Group Limited is seeking a an experienced Accounts Clerk to work across their group of companies by completing routine clerical and accounting tasks, you will be responsible for a range of finance duties.If you have a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

SKILLS

  • You will have previous finance/accounts experience with knowledge of Sage and excel.
  • You should have strong organisational skills and the ability to build and maintainrelationships with our clients and suppliers.
  • You require the ability to work on your own, initiative is vital, and you should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to deal with customers and external contacts.
  • Competent in Sage

Responsibilities
  • Reporting directly to the directors
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Credit control
  • Working within SAGE
  • Matching purchase orders to invoices
  • Resolving queries
  • Generating and sending invoices to clients
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Input all supplier invoices
  • Check supplier statement to purchase ledger
  • Input accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy
  • Carry out payment runs across the Group
  • Employee expenses
  • Manage bookkeeping and keeping accounts up to date
  • Conduct daily bank checks
  • Carry out extensive credit checks
  • Submitt GoCardless Direct Debits
  • Check/resolve failed/cancelled mandates/DD payments
  • Process Card Payments
