JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in invoicing, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer support. This position requires strong clerical skills and proficiency in various office software, including SAGE 100 and Microsoft programs. The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately while supporting the front desk operations.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Mail Merge) is essential. Strong computer literacy skills are required for data entry and document management.
  • Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities are necessary to thrive in this position.
