Coatsmith is a Perth brand of premium paint tools that supplies paint stores from our Welshpool warehouse. We need an organised, reliable person to manage our orders and accounts. Located Welshpool.

You'll be:

• Taking store orders by phone and email
• Raising invoices and following up payments in Xero
• Reconciling bank transactions and entering bills
• Processing payroll in Xero, including timesheets, pay runs, super and STP
• Coordinating orders with the warehouse

You'll have:

• Hands-on Xero bookkeeping and payroll experience
• A friendly, confident phone manner
• Strong attention to detail

Pay: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
