Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: $2,600 – $3,000 (Commensurate with experience)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in AP/AR .
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a meticulous and organised Accounts cum Admin Assistant to join our team. This role combines accounting support with administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoice processing and payment preparation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
