1. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in Tally, including accounts payable/receivable vendor management.
2. Generate and manage client invoices and Vendor PO’s and follow up on payments.
3. Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are up-to-date.
4. Assist in VAT calculation and filing of quarterly returns.
Administrative:
1. Coordination and support in submitting RFP’s to various clients
2. HR Assistance: Maintain employee records, track leave management, process monthly and assist with recruitment processes.
3. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with DMCC and UAE labour laws.
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting,
2. Experience: 5 years of experience in Accounts and Administrative/HR roles.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word) and AI. Technically sound to work on online portals.
4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should have skills like attention to ability to multitasking
