JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group and catering opportunities with significant revenue potential. In depth understanding of the sales process, market trends, competition, and customers. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • A relevant University degree and/or 3 years relevant hospitality industry experience
  • Relevant experience preferably in luxury sales
  • Full Working rights in Australia is required for this role

Responsibilities
  • Utilizes intranet for resources and information.
  • Conducts site inspections.
  • Creates contracts as required.
