JOB OVERVIEW:

Al Qoze Electromechanical is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audit and tax activities, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations. This position also includes responsibility for tracking inventory inflow and outflow and ensuring proper inventory record-keeping.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the electromechanical or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and WPS system.
  • Familiarity with local banking procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting tasks, including journal entries, ledger postings, and reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of all financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments for budgeting and financial planning.
  • Record and monitor inventory inflow and outflow; maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and other external partners as necessary.
  • Provide support to senior accountants or finance managers as needed.
