JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, Pivot table, etc) is a must.
• Meticulous and possess the ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines.
• Good team player and problem-solving skills
• Good technical accounting knowledge
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central will be advantageous

• Responsible for full sets (AP, AR and GL) accounts for companies assigned.
• Perform daily sales reconciliation and liaise with outlet staff on any collection issues.
• Process suppliers’ payments, verify documents (invoices / DO) are in order, prepare payment vouchers, and issue cheques and TT transactions.
• Provision of monthly accruals.
• Prepare inter-company billings according to the company’s policy.
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including creditors/suppliers, inter-company, and bank.
• Maintain fixed asset register, prepayment, loan, HP, and deferred income schedules.
• Prepare quarterly GST submission reports.
• Liaise with external auditors on queries during financial year-end audits.
• Any other duties as assigned by Department
