About the Role:
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team. This role is designed for early-career professionals with 1–3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, business development, or other client-facing environments who are eager to build a career in technology consulting sales.
As an Account Executive, you will work alongside Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to support sales activity, build pipeline, and drive engagement with new and existing clients. Your focus will be on booking qualified meetings, supporting proposals, and contributing to team growth targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to develop opportunities across target industries.
  • Research accounts and identify prospective clients within key verticals (Finance, Telco, Retail, Public Sector, etc.).
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and events to engage decision-makers.
  • Book qualified discovery meetings and prepare agendas to support senior colleagues.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and tailored solution materials.
  • Manage pipeline activity and maintain accurate records within CRM.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  • Attend client meetings and industry events to gain exposure to enterprise sales.
  • Learn consultative sales techniques and Billigence’s value propositions across Data Governance, BI, Cloud, and Analytics.

What You’ll Need

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales, recruitment, business development, or another client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage business stakeholders.
  • Proactive, well-organised, and motivated to learn consultative sales.
  • Resilient and target-driven, with willingness to prospect and build pipeline.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset — able to support senior colleagues while contributing to team targets.
  • Interest in technology, data, and analytics consulting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is an advantage.
