As our Accounts Executive, you will be the guardian of our revenue cycle. You will leverage the system to ensure financial accuracy and help manage our cash flow efficiently. In this role you will be responsible for: Billing & Systems Management: Learn and manage the billing systems. Matching to ensure all customer billing data is accurately and processed. Risk Assessment: Manage write offs and assist in provisioning for bad debts Reporting and Reconciliation: Prepare reconciliation reports and Bad Debt Provision to provide management with clear financial insights Revenue Assurance & QC: Act as a financial detective by bridging operations and finance to identify, track, and resolve any mismatches between customer payments and services delivered, ensuring maximum revenue recovery.
