Job Description

Green Plus Shipping Co. is looking for a motivated and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
• Handle VAT-related accounting and documentation.
• Assist with tax compliance, filings, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Ensure accounting records comply with UAE regulations and company policies.
• Prepare regular financial and management reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Tax regulations.
• Practical experience in VAT filing and tax-related documentation.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in the shipping/logistics industry will be an advantage.
