JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

  • SAP experience good to have.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Entry : Accurately enter financial data into spreadsheets and SAP accounting software
  • Accounts Receivable/Payable : Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable, including issuing invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts
  • Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements with general ledger balances.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses, ensuring they are properly recorded and categorized.
  • Assistance in Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Audit: Provide support during internal and external audits.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Prepare MAS reports for timely submission.
  • Others: Support for Finance related and administrative tasks assigned.
