The Accounts Executive is responsible for optimizing working capital and DSO through effective credit control and collections, and ensuring accurate financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
This position reports to the Assistant Finance Manager and is part of the Finance Team located in Singapore and will be an on-site role.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

• Accounting Degree or equivalent with >2 years’ experience
• Knowledge of SAP is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Responsible for credit control and collection to drive working capital and DSO.
• Responsible for monthly closing activities & preparation of monthly account reconciliations. Completion of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Prepare of quarterly GST and support annual corporate tax submission. Support self revenue recognition testing, internal and external audits.
• Others: Support the business to drive sustainable profitable growth and meet financial objectives. Ensure compliance to US GAAP, local laws and regulations and Danaher/Leica policies. Ensure strong internal controls and continual process improvements, & support any other special projects or duties as assigned.
