JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive position is a role derived from two key positions within the Sales Department – Sales Representative and Account Manager. For an Account Executive to be successful, they must meet the qualities and expectations of these positions, specifically:
The Account Executive will use their sales expertise, and in-depth product knowledge to promote the Company’s products and services online, over the phone, or in person. As the point of contact for clients, the Account Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients on behalf of the company, and providing clients with products and services that best fit their individual needs.
The responsibilities of this position will include generating leads, negotiating and closing sales contracts, and employing techniques and strategies to continually drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence, persistence, and commitment to excellence in customer service are essential skills and characteristics for success in the Account Executive role.
