Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive to support procurement operations through MIS reporting, financial coordination, and administrative support. This role is ideal for candidates who can effectively manage data, track procurement performance, and coordinate across teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Procurement Data Management Maintain and periodically validate supplier master data, including payment terms and delivery conditions Ensure accuracy and consistency of procurement data in ERP systems MIS Reporting & Monitoring Prepare and circulate weekly MIS reports for purchase orders aged over 60 days Follow up with concerned buyers to ensure timely closure and control Generate periodic reports to track procurement performance and highlight key insights Financial Planning & Coordination Prepare weekly and monthly fund planning reports Coordinate with the Purchase Head and Accounts team to finalize payment allocations Support effective cash flow planning related to procurement activities Performance Tracking & Escalation Review Balanced Scorecard (BSC) action plans and escalate deviations or delays Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance through system reports (e.g., Zoho) Track corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of issues Process Review & Compliance Review Purchase Requisition Review (PRR) activities and escalate exceptions Ensure adherence to procurement processes and internal controls Accounts & Documentation Support Assist the Accounts team in availing export and import incentive schemes Coordinate and obtain required documentation for financial and statutory benefits Administrative & Coordination Support Provide administrative and operational support to the Purchase Head Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and internal teams for seamless workflow Requirements B.Com degree from a recognized university 3–5 years of experience in accounting, MIS, or procurement support roles Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Familiarity with ERP systems (Zoho, SAP, Odoo, Oracle, etc.) Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
