We are a small SME in engineering consultancy business.

The job scope includes:

• Maintaining a full set of books via QuickBook
• Issuing tax invoices and handle vendors’ invoices
• producing monthly SOA
• handle CPF submission, salary computation, quarterly GST submission
• Liaise with clients’ accounts department regarding invoicing matters, follow up on payments due
• Maintaining softcopies of tax invoices, vendors’ invoices, Contract Agreements, etc. in share drive
• Periodically liaise with our company Accountant on related matters
• Handle accounting related admininstration work
