Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare regular financial reports including P&L, statement of accounts, cash flow reports
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Support the finance team with KYC processes and administrative tasks.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience in Xero would be a plus.
• A willingness to learn and grow in your accounting career.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in shipping
