DESIGNATION : Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy with 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity / role.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP system will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience in charity sector will be an advantage.
  • A team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous and highly organized to ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices.
  • Handle petty cash and monthly staff expenses claim, including corporate credit card.
  • Ensure accurate expense charging for invoices with shared cost.
  • Prepare accounts payable journal entries and maintain up-to-date records of payment schedules.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and intercompany billings.
  • Support communication with both internal and external stakeholders regarding invoice processing and payment follow ups.
  • Support year-end audit by providing necessary assistance pertaining to accounts payable to internal and external auditors.
