REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local compliance requirements.
  • Familiar with Xero accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Accounts Executive, you will handle the company’s full set of accounts, administrative tasks, payroll and compliance requirements. You will also support management in budgeting, reporting, and grant applications.
This role is best suited for someone independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both onsite and remotely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle full set of accounts and general admin duties independently.
  • Maintain proper document records and filing.
  • Prepare daily accounting reports.
  • Process reimbursement claims and vendor/staff payments.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and yearly forecasts and budgets.
  • Maintain employee medical claim and leave records.
  • Attend to calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Prepare and submit GST, tax clearance, and related filings.
  • Handle monthly payroll, CPF submission, and yearly IR8A.
  • Support external auditors and compilation needs.
  • Meet accounting deadlines and KPIs on time.
  • Track relevant government grants; prepare proposals, applications, submissions, and claims.
  • Liaise with auditors, corporate tax agents, and government agencies.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
